The registration form should be filled out by an adult of at least 18 years old, preferably a parent or gaurdian. After the user creates a user name and password, a form will be displayed asking a few personal questions regarding the prospective player. Please make sure that all fields are filled out and are as accurate as possible. All information provided are kept strictly confidential.
