Pass Back Tour 2008
It was a pleasure for Young Rock Soccer Academy to host New York City's first
Back Pass Tour.
The event was held at Young Rock's training ground in brooklyn on July, 20, 2008. There was soccer, music, food,
and lots of free stuff for the kids including balls, T-shirts, and soccer kits courtesy of the US Soccer Foundation.
The Passback Program is a joint effort between the U.S. Soccer Foundation, Eurosport and Major League Soccer to
help meet the soccer uniform and equipment needs of all communities.
There were coaches who led the kids in groups and one-and-one soccer drills, John Wolyniec(NY Red Bull center forward) answering
questions about the riqours of playing in the MLS, food and music to add to the day's exciting festivities.
